Content & Creative Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and development of all creative campaigns to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Determine creative content to enhance the company's brand awareness.
  • Manage production schedules, vendor relationships, and control quality or costs.
  • Communicate with the team to understand creative needs.
  • Lead a team of 10 creatives (Big Team).

Requirements:

  • The position of Creative Director is also open to those who have experience as an Art Director, Content & Creative Manager, and Head of Creative.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing & Business Management, Public Relations, Communication, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual skills.
  • Experience working in agencies and on platforms.
