Our Client is a well-respected Conglomerate with a Business Portfolio ranging from Properties, Mall, Hospital, and many more. At the moment they're operating the first Luxury Outlet in Indonesia amongst other business.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. Masters degree a plus.
  • 10 -15 years of work experience in the retail and/or shopping center management industry.
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English and ability to work in multi-cultural bilingual environment
  • Having experiences in handle shopping mall in Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, etc area
  • Understanding of the highest international shopping center standards
  • Knowledge of International and domestic fashion brands
  • Customer-oriented approach with great attention to detail and strong sense of urgency for solving problems
  • Strong organizations and management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

Job Descriptions:

  • Increase the Center Management Teams effectiveness through day-to-day training and management, communicating values, strategies, and objectives, assigning accountabilities, monitoring and appraising job performances
  • Achieve Center objectives by establishing plans, schedules, and budgets, allocating resources and delegating responsibilities, reviewing progress and making mid-couse corrections
  • Build corporate culture by recruiting and retaining a motivated, talented team, and creating positive work environment that fosters high productivity, creativity, and overall success
  • Maintain high standards for quality work, professionalism, and ethical business practices
  • Oversee the Design, Construction, Leasing, Marketing, Operations, and Finance & Admin functions to ensure a successful a Grand Opening and subsequent openings of expansion phases that achieve the objectives established by Boards of Directors
  • Review annual plan and budgets for Centers Marketing and Operations activities
  • Assist the company in achieving strong financial growth by maximizing Center revenue and identifying potential cost savings
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the local government and facilitate active and positive community involvement
