Position Overview:
Our client is a huge and well-known F&B restaurant chain franchise that is being well known among the market for their Burger and Fastfood chain. As the Head of Brand, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, strategizing, and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, top-of-mind positioning, and overall value, resulting in profitable outcomes for the company and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Spearhead brand marketing activities by overseeing the creation of compelling designs and content across both online and offline channels, ensuring consistent and effective communication of the brand's identity.
- Take the lead in designing and coordinating events, marketing projects, and advertising campaigns aimed at securing top-of-mind awareness, brand recognition, and conversion, ultimately driving sales.
- Lead comprehensive market research efforts to gain deep insights into customer perceptions and behaviors, using these insights to formulate impactful marketing strategies that enhance consumer understanding and enrich brand experiences.
- Drive product innovation initiatives by collaborating with various departments to develop highly marketable products, attracting new customers and boosting sales.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities, optimizing performance and expenditures while maximizing guest acquisition and revenue growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor actions.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase consumption profitably within budget constraints.
- Identify and cultivate growth opportunities across digital and on-premise assets to drive profitable sales.
- Coordinate product management and cost reduction projects, collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve desired outcomes, including product development, production planning, trade promotions, sales initiatives, market research, and partnerships with consultants and advertising agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
- Extensive experience in managing creative and media agencies, overseeing multiple comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns (including TVC, Digital, and retail) annually for several years.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
- Proficiency in budgeting, planning, and metrics.
- Strong knowledge of consumer research.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- A talent for establishing effective working relationships within teams.
