Job Descriptions:

• Direct and Control all aspects of the Safety Department 
• Control Safety Activity under observations of agreed safety standards
• Ensure all safety system and procedure are well implemented
• Periodically report the progress of safety  program and key issues to Superior
• Conduct and organize safety training/workshop
• Responsible for overall safety planning, organizing, direction, and operation of safety activities and safety people

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Technical background
• Experienced in managerial level in safety (HSE) minimum 4 years, Preferable from manufacture industry
• Hold licence of AK3 Umum and AK3 Kebakaran is a must, and the licences still valid.
• Understand the implementation / requirement of SMK3 and ISO 14000
• Good communication, thoroughness and leadership
  
• God command in English (both oral and written)
  
• Good skill in Microsoft Office
  
• Preferable domiciled in Sumatera Utara
