Lead IT Support

 Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead IT Operation Support to oversee the technology infrastructure of our warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with a preference for experience in the retail industry. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems, enabling us to meet customer demands effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure in both warehouse and store locations, ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and secure.
  • System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and updates to hardware, software, and networking equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Data Security: Implement and maintain robust data security protocols to protect sensitive customer and company information.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of hardware, software, and services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Technology Planning: Contribute to the development of IT strategies and budgets, aligning them with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards in the retail industry.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT operations, with a preference for candidates from the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of data security best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
