Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law/Social Science or any relevant background
• At least 4 years experience in the same field
• Good communication in making good relations 
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Experienced in using Psychology Test and Behavioral Evidence Interview
• Understand about Competence and People Development
• Having good interaction with employees
• Creative, Sociable, Multi-tasking, Teamwork player
