Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including management, supervision, guidance, and performance improvement of employees.
2. Motivate staff to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
3. Proactively gather market information and provide comprehensive reports to the company.
4. Handle customer complaints and address store management-related issues.
5. Ensure adherence to company directives and execute additional tasks delegated by leadership.
6. Manage stock efficiently by conducting stock takes, placing orders, organizing storage, and monitoring inventory levels.
7. Perform data analysis to clean, transform, and process raw data, extracting actionable insights to support informed decision-making. This includes presenting findings through charts, images, tables, and graphs to mitigate decision-making risks.

Requirements

1. Fluent in Chinese, English, Indonesia. Able to communicate in Chinese will be added advantage.
2. Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
3. At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially having working experience in Retail would be an advantages
4. Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel).
