Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the success of a product in order to increase market share through sales driver activities and brand communication so that it can be accepted and meet consumer needs.

- Developing a yearly Game Plan, budget, and Brand Planning for all brands in order to increase market share.
- Responsible for developing ideas, improvements, and other things to build products and business concepts.
- Monitoring the implementation process in the field such as execution processes and timelines.
- Conducting budget control on a quarterly basis.
- Reporting on sales driver activities on a quarterly basis.
- Determining standards and processes for each sales driver.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Analytical thinking in the market.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strategic planning abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage teams.
- Passion for marketing.
