Marketing Manager

 Job Description:

This position will be responsible for the success of a product in order to increase market share through sales driver activities and brand communication so that it can be accepted and meet consumer needs.

Job Description:

  • Developing a yearly Game Plan, budget, and Brand Planning for all brands in order to increase market share.
  • Responsible for developing ideas, improvements, and other things to build products and business concepts.
  • Monitoring the implementation process in the field such as execution processes and timelines.
  • Conducting budget control on a quarterly basis.
  • Reporting on sales driver activities on a quarterly basis.
  • Determining standards and processes for each sales driver.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Analytical thinking in the market.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strategic planning abilities.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams.
  • Passion for marketing.
