Our client, a fast-growing Consumer Goods company established two years ago, is looking for an experienced Operation & Strategy Manager to join their dynamic team. The company is scaling rapidly, and this role is crucial for driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution in logistics, inventory, and supplier management.
  • Lead and recruit a high-performing team to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and partners to drive key business objectives.
  • Manage distribution channels and ensure effective supply chain processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in the FMCG and Distribution sector.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and managing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing and improving businesses.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
