Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution in logistics, inventory, and supplier management.
- Lead and recruit a high-performing team to support business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and partners to drive key business objectives.
- Manage distribution channels and ensure effective supply chain processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in the FMCG and Distribution sector.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing teams.
