Client Service Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities :

Overseeing the Operational teams

1. Training and managing CS

2. Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently

3. Monitoring Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs

4. Focusing and planning customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention

5. Creating good relationship with the Client

6. Establishing customer service policies and procedures

Job Qualification :

1. Minimum Bachelor of Public Relation, Communication, and Business Management

2. Having experience as Client Service Senior Officer or Client Service Manager at least 3 years

3. Outstanding leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skill in Indonesia & English language

5. Familiar with Microsoft Office program (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) Excellent communicator, high initiative, disciplined, organized and good team playe
