Brand Manager
Job Description:
To be responsible for the success of a product (Alcohol Beverage) by conducting market analysis and developing the brand's vision and mission to meet consumer needs and be accepted by them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Game Plan, budget, and Brand Planning specific to the brand being handled (yearly) in order to develop market share
- Monitor the implementation process in the field, such as execution processes and timelines.
- Control the budget (monthly)
- Report on sales driver activities (monthly)
- Ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the established brand strategy and budget
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and complied with
- Develop the Internal Marketing Team through coaching, training, and mentoring
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field
- Analytical thinking in the market
- Problem solving and strategic planning
- Ability to plan marketing activities
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to interact and communicate well
- Good networking and relationships with third parties
