Brand Manager

 Job Description:

To be responsible for the success of a product (Alcohol Beverage) by conducting market analysis and developing the brand's vision and mission to meet consumer needs and be accepted by them.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Game Plan, budget, and Brand Planning specific to the brand being handled (yearly) in order to develop market share
  • Monitor the implementation process in the field, such as execution processes and timelines.
  • Control the budget (monthly)
  • Report on sales driver activities (monthly)
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the established brand strategy and budget
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and complied with
  • Develop the Internal Marketing Team through coaching, training, and mentoring

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same field
  • Analytical thinking in the market
  • Problem solving and strategic planning
  • Ability to plan marketing activities
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate well
  • Good networking and relationships with third parties
