Finance Accounting and Tax Assistant Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

Accounting :

  • Make plan and organize the Accounting teams and All sections to achieve monthly and yearly closing deadline (5th Working days Prepare the Final Financial Statements).
  • Responsible to strengthen accounting Entry accuracy, Strengthen accounting reporting refer to Indonesia Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
  • Responsible to prepare the monthly reports to HT Japan, Quarterly Report to HT Japan and HM and monthly Management report
  • Responsible to organize and analyze monthly and yearly the Profit and Loss (PL) variance analysis.
  • Coordinate to support Data, Documents and Explanation to Internal & External Auditors (Tax, Custom,KPMG,SOX)

Finance:

  • Cash Flow Management
  • Credit Management (Credit Limit Management)
  • Exchange Risk Management
  • Budgeting
  • Working Capital Management (Account Payment (AP), Account Receive (AR) and Inventory Control)

Tax:

  • Propose Tax Planning to company for the improvement related to New Regulation and existing regulation
  • Coordinate with Tax Consultant and other Sections to provide all data and related information in making Transfer Pricing Documentation.
  • Handle all taxation queries. Coordinate the settlement of taxation related disputes with tax consultant, tax officer and Internal requirements.
  • Maintain company's taxes compliance with updated Indonesian taxation regulation.
  • Responsible for preparing all taxation related reconciliation's including VAT reconciliation's

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in finance, accounting, and tax management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
  • In-depth understanding of tax regulations and compliance in Indonesia.
  • Experience in managing accounting teams and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and working capital management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite.
