Role Overview: As a Senior Finance Staff member you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and strategy. This position demands an individual with a strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in the finance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for stakeholders
• Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Mentor and guide junior staff members to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus
• 2+ years of progressive experience in finance or related roles, with a focus on financial analysis and strategic planning
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
