Job Description

• Create and carry out a master plan for maintenance of utility equipment and production machines
• Make monthly reports on energy, chemical and spare part usage and can present them.

Requirements

• Min 5 years work experience in the Facility / Utility sector of Textile company (Knitting, Weaving, Finishing) preferably as a supervisor.
• Can communicate in English.
• Have knowledge of engineering, electricity, electronics and pneumatic/hydraulic
• Mastering basic Autocad drawing
• Have good computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point)
• Have knowledge of Utility equipment: AC, AHU, Boiler, Compressor, Cooling tower, Dust collector type electrostatic precipitator, Boster pump.
• Mastering chemical waste processing processes (WWTP).
• Mastering the Soft water processing process
• Mastering the creation of annual budgets and monthly budget control.
• Basic knowledge of ISO requirements, especially for the environment
• Mastering strong current electricity (main substation)
• Mastering weak current electricity (Electronics)
• Mastering basic PLC, Inverter and Servo
• Being able to operate a forklift is preferred
