Job Description:

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Develop tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
• Provide financial insights and support to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress and ensure budget compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., Glodon Cubicost, BuildSoft, Revit, Vico Office, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites.
