Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Experience with website design and development, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
- High level of creativity and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company's business objectives.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Manage the company's online presence, including the company website, social media accounts, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually improve marketing strategies to increase the company's visibility and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
- Create and maintain reports on marketing performance, presenting data and insights to key stakeholders.
