Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the smooth implementation and delivery of our platform to clients, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to full utilization.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients, serving as a trusted advisor and helping them optimize their use of software to achieve their business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on the features and capabilities, ensuring they have a solid understanding of how to leverage the platform effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, including competitor analysis, to provide insights and recommendations to clients, helping them maximize their digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote the value and benefits of the company's product to prospective and existing clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the our client's platform, its features, and its functionality, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
- Teach clients how to utilize various skills and techniques using the product, empowering them to make the most of the platform's capabilities.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is highly desirable, as it will allow you to draw upon your expertise in guiding clients to effectively use of the product for their marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively convey complex information to clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to client success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, and the ability to understand and address client needs within this context.
- Proficiency in using Knal.Io or similar digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
