Role and Responsibilities: As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Designing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential market segments for secured lending products.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer experience.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3 years+) in sales leadership roles, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of secured lending products and financial services regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
