Position: New Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Idea Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, market research, and stakeholders to identify and generate innovative product ideas.
• Concept Development: Develop and refine product concepts based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Project Management: Lead NPD projects, including setting timelines, milestones, and budgets, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently.

• Prototype and Testing: Oversee the creation of product prototypes and coordinate testing and validation with target customers or users.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Automotive  manufacturing industry and market trends relevant to the products being developed.
• Technical Skills: Depending on the products, technical skills in areas such as engineering, software development, or design may be necessary.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
