Head of Brand Partnership - B2B ecommerce

 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand Partnerships to lead a sales team and manage customer success for our brands in Indonesia. As Head of Brand Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for an emerging dynamic company by selling to new brands and ensuring their success on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to sell to new brands in Indonesia
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Own the entire sales process from identifying the right customers to add to the platform, to managing your leads enrichment process, to reaching out and helping them understand the benefits of partnering with the company
  • Manage customer success for our brands to ensure they are successful once joining the platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and retailers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development in related fields (brands, distributors, etc), with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working in the retail industry is a plus
