GM - Trade Marketing (Beverage Company)
Job Description:
We are currently helping our client, a beverage heritage company that has their footing in the beverage industries for more than series of years, with their products in tea, juice, soda and drinkable water.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new products, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure that trade marketing plans are aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, merchandising programs, and in-store displays.
- Conduct regular market research and use insights to improve trade marketing strategies.
- Manage and develop a team of trade marketing professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within the Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share through trade marketing strategies.
