GM - Trade Marketing (Beverage Company)

 Job Description:

We are currently helping our client, a beverage heritage company that has their footing in the beverage industries for more than series of years, with their products in tea, juice, soda and drinkable water.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new products, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure that trade marketing plans are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, merchandising programs, and in-store displays.
  • Conduct regular market research and use insights to improve trade marketing strategies.
  • Manage and develop a team of trade marketing professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within the Beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share through trade marketing strategies.
