Job Description:
Additional requirement:
- Female, experience in HR Consultant (talent management) min 5 years.
- Range salary: 25 mio gross
- Report to: HR Manager (Pak Oddy)
Additional Knowledge Requirements:
Ketrampilan dan Pengetahuan / Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
- Knowledge and understanding about management system for environment, health and security (EHS)
- Good knowledge of the organization
- Good understanding about recruitment and selection process
- Good understanding about government regulation related to labor
- Good understanding about the principles of training and development
- Understand about theory and practice of Knowledge Management
- Fluent speak and Write in English
- Able to operate computer (e.g; Ms Office and other supporting software).
Persyaratan psikologis / Psychological requirements :
- Good communication skill
- Excellent in planning and organizing
Tugas-tugas Rutin / Routine Duties
1. Recruiting: to make sure that with each opportunity we will inject talent in the company.
2. Performance Management: to have the KPI’s to measure and control the progress and impact of this position.
3. Development Programs: for difference levels of the organization to support the vision, values, culture and strengthen the effectiveness, efficiency, etc.
4. Health Management: to create an organization with healthy lifestyle.
5. Leisure Activities: tournaments and competitions of cycling, badminton, etc.
6. The organizational renewal related to organizational culture change.

1. Yearly Training Plan: mandatory training related ISO, regulation, etc.
