  • Monitor, analyze and report facts and insights on customers, consumer needs and trends in order to maximize intelligent use of consumer insight and accurate market information as input for marketing activities and policies.
  • Control and supervise the implementation of marketing activities including brand building, NPD, and Marketing Mix Control and supervise the implementation of marketing activities including brand building, NPD, and Marketing Mix
  • Coach and develop talents
  • Train and coach Marketing Team on Strategic and Technical Marketing skills
