2. Bachelor Degree in Related Field - Psychology and Law
3. Have Experience Working as HR (Training) and GA in Manufacture Japanese Company For More Than 3 Years
4. Handling Recruitment, Training, Payroll and Legal
5. Fluently in English - Both Writing and Speaking
6. Willing to work at Karawang area

Job Description:
Administer Compensation and Benefit Plans
Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process
Conduct Employee on Boarding and Help Organize Training & Development Initiatives
Provide Support to Employee in Various HR-Related Topics Such as Leaves and Compensation and Resolve any 
Promote HR Programs to Create an Efficient and Conflict 
Assist in Development and Implementatiom of Human Resource Policies
Undertake Tasks Around Perfomance Management
Organize Quarterly and Annual Employee Performance Reviews
Maintain Employee Files and Records
