TENDER ADMINISTRATOR

Role Overview

We sell a global leading GRC SaaS solution which empowers more than 1 million users globally.

As a Tender Administrator with a high attention to detail and love for administration you will become a trusted asset to the team. You will play a crucial role in assisting with office administration and the bidding process for technology-related projects; assisting in the qualification of all tenders, completion, and compilation of tender documents. Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring all duties are performed quickly and accurately.

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Reason for vacancy: Team expansion

Management level of role: This is not a management role.

Working environment & travel: Exceptionally busy, team-orientated environment. Drivers license and own transport is essential. Ability to travel country wide.

Working hours: 07h30 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30 or 08h30 to 17h00 (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Accuracy, correctness, 100% spot on, all the time
  • Always ready to assist all members of the team

  • Attend to any client / internal queries and provide feedback within a stipulated period
  • Monitor bid advertisements to identify relevant opportunities.
  • Assisting in qualification of tenders based on organizational criteria.
  • Handling general queries, escalating issues when necessary, and conducting ad hoc maintenance of the bid register.
  • Completion and compilation of tender documents
  • Organize and maintain bid records.
  • Updating of company documents and company registrations on various platforms.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Attend tender briefing meetings
  • Ensuring relevant arrangements are made for delivering the tenders timeously
  • Manage customer databases
  • Administer and manage the Sales CRM Environment
  • Assist with all sales admin queries

Required Experience

  • Experience in Administration and sending Tenders
  • Good PC literacy and experience with a CRM system
  • Experience in sales administration will be an advantage
  • MS Office
  • SalesForce (an advantage)
  • Matric certificate
  • A commerce degree would be preferable
