National Key Accounts Manager

 Job Description:

Our client is a leader in hygiene services, committed to providing top-tier solutions to businesses nationwide. We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven National Key Accounts Manager to join their team and drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and present skills at Boardroom level
  • Generate new and additional business
  • Grow the National Customer Base
  • Manage and analyse the National Customer Base
  • Analyse price decreases, price increases, lost business, and suspended business on National Customer Base
  • Building relationships with Regional General Managers, General
  • Managers as well as all Consultants
  • Annual price increase negotiations
  • Achievement of set objectives/goals and targets
  • Build relationships with existing National Accounts and ensure visits to national customer base
  • Ensure all installations are fully completed
  • Ensure all national accounts admin procedures and national price lists are updated and loaded on BI

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Diploma or qualification in Sales Management an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years proven Sales/Management experience in the direct selling Industry

Working hours: 

  • 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary:

  • Market related, depending on experience, plus commission
  • Performance based Bonus in December
