We support innovative software companies in their systematic market penetration – from target group analysis to qualified pipeline generation. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a hands-on personality who combines operational excellence with sales understanding as soon as possible.
Your Role
As Manager Operations & Sales Excellence (m/f/d), you are the operational right-hand man of the Head of Operations. You will take responsibility at the interface between project onboarding, data quality and sales performance – ensuring that new customer projects get off to a smooth start, SDR teams work with clean, targeted data sets and internal processes are continuously improved.
The position has a direct influence on the ability to deliver and scalability of our core service.
Job Requirements
Your tasks
Project Onboarding & Campaign Setup
- Independent coordination and implementation of the structured onboarding process for new customer projects
- Creation and maintenance of project documents: ICP definitions, campaign briefings, sequence structures and SDR playbooks
- Close coordination with the Head of Operations and the respective SDR team leads for a seamless handover to ongoing operations
- Development and continuous improvement of standardized onboarding templates and checklists
Dataset Creation & Data Quality
- Development and quality assurance of target group-specific lead databases based on defined ICPs (tools: e.g. Cognism, Dealfront, Pipedrive)
- Research, structuring and maintenance of contact data – including enrichment, deduplication and segmentation
- Ensuring GDPR compliance in data collection and processing
- Development and documentation of data processes for recurring campaign formats
Sales Excellence & Performance Support
- Support in defining and monitoring KPIs at campaign and SDR level
- Analysis of sales data to identify optimization potentials in sequences, targeting and conversion steps
- Collaboration in the further development of sales processes, training documents and quality standards
- Preparation of reports and decision templates for senior leadership
Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordination between SDR teams, team leads and external clients during ongoing project operations
- First escalation contact person at the operational level – with clear forwarding to the Head of Operations for strategic topics
- Support for internal projects in the area of HR operations, tool rollouts and process documentation
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in an operational role in B2B sales, SDR environment or SaaS services
- Strong understanding of structured data processes and lead research; Experience with CRM and sales intelligence tools is an advantage
- High level of personal responsibility and structured way of working – you organize yourself without having to rely on permanent support
- Analytical mindset: You recognize patterns in data and derive concrete measures from them
- Strong communication skills in German (business fluent) and English; more languages welcome
- Willingness to grow in a rapidly scaling environment and actively shape processes
