German Client Liaison Agent

German-speaking Client Liaison Experts Cape Town

Our client, a 24/7 desktop publishing company specialising in multilingual business graphics, is seeking innovative, German-speaking Client Liaison Experts to join their Cape Town CBD team.

This role involves supporting global corporate clients, ensuring high-quality document production, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and proofread documents to client specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to production processes, SLAs, and internal KPIs.
  • Manage timekeeping and administrative tasks for billing and payment.
  • Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality output within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong accountability, persistence, and resourcefulness.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Experience or training in graphic design/desktop publishing is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: R25 000 R30 000 (market-related).
  • Language supplement.
  • Transport allowance.

  • 10h00 19h00
  • 14h00 23h00
