National Key Accounts Manager

 Job Description:

Our Client is a leader in hygiene services, committed to providing top-tier solutions to businesses nationwide. We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven National Key Accounts Manager to join their team and drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand the national customer base.
  • Manage and analyze national account performance, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen professional relationships with Regional Executives, General Managers, and Sales Consultants.
  • Monitor and communicate annual price adjustments to key accounts.
  • Handle all sales-related inquiries and ensure seamless resolution of customer queries.
  • Oversee national account administration, ensuring all processes are updated and aligned with company systems.
  • Conduct regular visits to key national accounts (minimum once per month).
  • Ensure successful completion of national account installations and service agreements.
  • Achieve set objectives, goals, and sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly call sheets, update pricing structures, and manage sales schedules.
  • Proactively re-sign and upgrade existing customers while closing new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Sales Management (advantageous).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales/management experience in the direct selling industry.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer retention.
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary:

  • Market related, depending on experience, plus commission
  • 13th Cheque (performance based)
  • 6 monthly incentive scheme (overseas trip to Thailand if targets are met)
