Location: Isando - Aeroport
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Our Client is recruiting for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team and support the Human Resources department with essential administrative tasks. If you have a passion for HR processes, a strong backgroud in Payroll, and thrive in a structured environment, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit HR reports to the HR Manager.
- Maintain and submit records of new and terminated employees to relevant departments.
- Extract necessary documents for internal audits.
Employee Support & ESS Management
- Assist employees with ESS (Payspace) registration and profile updates.
- Create mock payslips for employee verification.
- Provide salary history for UIF documentation and assist with completion.
Personnel Records & Compliance
- Maintain organized personnel records in electronic and hard-copy formats.
- Process UIF documentation for Head Office staff.
- Consolidate IR inputs from branches and update disciplinary tracking documents.
Onboarding & Requisition Management
- Submit staff requisitions and employment adjustments via the onboarding app.
- Support updates to job descriptions and company policies.
- Assist in issuing new starter notices and access forms.
Compliance & Background Checks
- Conduct criminal, credit, and qualification checks for Head Office and selected branches.
HR Administration & General Support
- Issue employee numbers and manage system activation/deactivation.
- Support B-BBEE audits and transformation initiatives.
- Capture employee surveys and support general HR administrative tasks.
Learnership Payroll
- Process payroll input for learners, ensuring accurate onboarding and terminations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in HR or Equivalent (Advantageous)
- 2+ years experience in HR administration
- 3 years' experience of processing payroll
- Systems - Payspace and Sage VIP premier will be advantageous
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary R23 000 to R25 000 CTC (Compulsory Provident fund company contribution at 9%, 7.5% employee contribution)
- 13TH Cheque (December) Performance based
