Webchat Customer Service Advisor

 Job Description:

We are looking for vibrant, experienced Webchat Customer Service Advisors to assist inbound customers with queries, complaints and compliments:

  • 2-year minimum customer care experience (Webchat) in a call centre
  • Completed Matric
  • Well-spoken and able to write in English well
  • CRM & Social media skills & experience would be an added bonus
  • Be able to travel to Century City, Cape Town
  • Be able to work shifts (weekends, public holidays, after hours)
  • Start date first week in July 2024

Salary: R7500 per month plus Commission plus Incentives
