Our client, a World-renowned BPO in Cape Town, is looking for Healthcare Customer Advisors to join their growing team.

As a Healthcare Customer Advisor, you will handle majorly inbound. Ensure a positive customer experience and maintains an in-depth knowledge of customer needs.

Essential Functions

• Addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries
• Assist customer with complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating healthcare members
• Strong attention to detail and complex problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, empathy and motivational skills

Minimum requirements

• Must have a National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
• Must have a Clear Credit record, none negotiable
• Must have a Clear Criminal record, none negotiable
• Must be willing to work night shift, none negotiable 
• Must have 1 year unbroken call centre experience from UK or USA Market
• 1 year Healthcare Industry experience - advantage 
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in US health insurance
• Clear written and verbal communication with CEF Level B2

Salary: R 7900 basic

Shifts and benefits:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 14h00 - 02h00
• Night shift allowance of, R1000
• Medical Aid contribution R764
• Free Transport to Home - within 35km radius from CBD
