Tax Administrator responsibilities:

This is a Hybrid position - 2 days at home, 3 days in the office.

• Mainly responsible for admin support in tax department
• Income tax number registration/reactivation
• Documents preparation team
• SARS E-filing management
• Schedule and attend SARS Appointments for:
• Income tax number registration/reactivation
• Update of client details
• Queries
• Daily SARS phone calls
• SARS Complaint process
• Escalations
• SARS Complaints
• Tax Ombud Complaints
• Daily email management
• RAV01 updates on e-filing
• Management of Monday.com boards and keeping timelines
• Any other related tasks

Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must take initiative and be able to run their role at a high level of efficiency without being checked up on
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Excellent reporting skills
• Excellent client relations
• Excellent administration skills

Salary: Between R6000 and R8000 per month
