Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with inquiries and bookings.
  • Manage flight bookings and re-bookings efficiently
  • Provide direct sales and after-sale support
  • Maintain high-quality service standards

Requirements

  • C1 proficiency in German & fluent in English
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Customer service experience
  • A home office setup with stable ground fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
  • Namibian citizen, permanent or domicile resident
  • Willingness to do shift work

Salary: N$26, 500.00 CTC

Working hours: Rotational shifts 

05:00-13:30

06:00-14:30

08:00-16:30

9:00-17:30

10:30-19:00

13:30-22:00

15:30-24:00
