Junior Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
Our client who is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator for their Head Office in Kempton Park is a leader in hygiene services, committed to providing top-tier solutions to businesses nationwide. We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven National Key Accounts Manager to join their team and drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Project Coordination - Assist in day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, Streamline internal campaign processes
- Support execution of marketing plans and initiatives
- Event & Activation Support
- Organize and coordinate promotional events and activations
- Handle logistics: RSVPs, travel arrangements, vendor coordination
- Manage pre-, during-, and post-event administration
- Internal Communication & Support
- Respond to branch queries and provide timely updates
- Maintain internal communications for products, events, and notices
- Ensure branches have access to updated materials and templates
- Content & Document Management
- Manage SharePoint library
- Compile feedback from branches on campaigns and activities
- Promotional Material & Stock Management - Coordinate marketing materials and stocktaking
- Manage purchasing and distribution of promotional stock
- Administrative Duties - Vendor applications and payment processing
- Maintain events and activations calendar, General support to the Marketing Department
- Brand Consistency - Ensure consistent use of branding across all marketing materials and platforms
- Assist in updating and maintaining brand assets and templates
- Market Research - Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Compile reports and insights to support marketing strategy development
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 Years of experience in a marketing support role
Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday
Salary:
- Market related, depending on experience
- Performance based bonus in December
