Junior Recruiter (Agency)

 Job Description:

Surgo is on the lookout for a driven and people-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting potential, and building a career in talent acquisition.

What you'll do:

  • Source, headhunt and screen candidates across various platforms
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments
  • Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes
  • New business development

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, professional, and people-focused approach
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum of one year experience in an agency recruitment or sales environment
  • HR administration exposure (a plus)
