Recruitment Administrator

 Job Description:

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to support our fast-paced hiring team. If you thrive behind the scenes, love structure, and keep things running like a well-oiled machine, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
  • Post job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Screen applications and support initial candidate communication
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Provide ad hoc HR administrative support when required

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or HR administration position
  • Familiarity with ATS systems or other CRM systems (a plus)
  • Exposure to HR administration will be a strong advantage
