Recruitment Administrator
Job Description:
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to support our fast-paced hiring team. If you thrive behind the scenes, love structure, and keep things running like a well-oiled machine, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Post job adverts across multiple platforms
- Screen applications and support initial candidate communication
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Provide ad hoc HR administrative support when required
What we're looking for:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or HR administration position
- Familiarity with ATS systems or other CRM systems (a plus)
- Exposure to HR administration will be a strong advantage
