Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• 6–8+ years in technical support, field service engineering, or product support; elevator, MEP or industrial-equipment sector strongly preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of elevator machines, control panels/controllers and door operators — able to read wiring diagrams and support controller parameterization
• Experience supporting external B2B customers (installers, dealers) is a strong advantage
• Arabic and English required — this role interfaces directly with field technicians and external installers
• Deep technical/product knowledge combined with a service mindset
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to audiences ranging from in-house technicians to third-party installers
• Cross-functional influence without direct hierarchical authority over Installation, Maintenance or Sales
• Process-builder mindset — this function does not exist today and must be designed from zero
• Calm, structured troubleshooting under field pressure
