We are looking for a Sales Associate a to join one of the leading premium sweets companies in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote and sell sweets and related products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sweets shop, bakery, confectionery, food retail, or related food-handling environment.
• Strong sales and upselling skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
• Arabic and/or English communication skills preferred.
