We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and ensure exceptional quality and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of QA/QC, coffee preparation standards, and quality control
• Experience in R&D and developing beverages based on market trends
• Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management
• Ability to oversee daily operations across multiple branches
• Experience conducting operational and quality audits
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Adaptable, professional, and passionate about coffee
