A well-established restaurant in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join its team.

REQUIREMENTS:
Male, Arab Nationality
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Experience managing delivery platforms such as Talabat
Ability to monitor orders and ensure smooth delivery operations
Strong focus on food quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Must have a valid Kuwait driving license and Car
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
