Position: Pastry & Bakery Commis

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pastry and bakery
• Knowledge of baking techniques, desserts, breads, and pastries
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to food hygiene
• Ready to join immediately
• Visa 18 (Ahli) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts
• Follow recipes and standard operating procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
• Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
• Assist senior chefs with daily production
