Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companys vision and mission. This role involves enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and overseeing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and public relations. The Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage the marketing budget, and ensure successful product launches, ultimately boosting brand recognition and market growth.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities (TDR):
Below is a list of TDRs which must be completed to achieve the objectives of this position:
Strategic Marketing Development:
- Direct and implement integrated marketing strategies that enhance the company's brand market positioning and presence.
- Develop marketing campaigns that incorporate social media, digital marketing, public relations, and celebrity endorsements.
- Oversee the creation of marketing plans with clear objectives targeting different customer segments.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Ensure campaigns align with organizational goals and vision and collaborate with other department heads to drive business results.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Oversee the development of creative content (e.g., videos, print materials, and digital assets).
- Work closely with the art and media teams to ensure consistent creative direction across all marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budget allocation, ensuring effective use of resources to drive campaign success.
- Evaluate large-scale promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale) and conduct post-campaign analysis to gauge effectiveness.
Branding:
- Manage media relations, ensuring the brand's presence is consistently strong across various platforms.
- Oversee content development for media campaigns, including writing, proofreading, and editing materials.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams for the successful launch of new products and brands.
- Design and oversee the execution of launch events and media campaigns.
- Report campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and set actionable goals for brand and campaign success.
- Utilize website analytics tools to track engagement and optimize marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, consumer engagement, and ROI.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Mentor and coach the marketing communications team to ensure high performance and personal development.
- Foster collaboration between creative, media, and other teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns meet agreed-upon deadlines and Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business management, Media, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years of working, proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Systems & Languages:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and website analytics tools.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and team collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess campaign performance and drive decision-making.
- Ability to identify key audience insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Expertise in brand development, creative content production, and campaign execution.
