Digital Marketing Specialist

 Job Description:

JOB PRIMARY and KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Responsible to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Responsible to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Push app instal campaigns
  • Onboard all potential affiliates
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/app installation.
  • Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website/app.
  • Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Manage the redesign of the company website.
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Plan and control all digital marketing budgets.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our paid ads social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners,
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective management of the company.

  • Deal with staff issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as.
  • Digital Implementation: to provide full support in the execution of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on eCommerce and performance marketing, driving ecommerce net sales, acquisition, conversion, and traffic objectives
  • Processes: Input into and assist in the implementation processes that enable the digital team to follow the marketing plans
  • Budget: Follow the digital budget as set per the marketing plan
  • Drive performance marketing and affiliate strategy with media agency and affiliate agency
  • Own ecommerce promotional calendar, concepting promotions to hit net sales targets
  • Work closely with brand and ecommerce teams to assist in the development of digital plan according to marketing strategy for adidas focusing on eCommerce marketing, display ads, SEM, affiliate marketing, digital partners, website & consumer activation to continuously build brand equity, and maximize the impact of event, promotion or product launch
  • Lead and continually keep Promotion Calendar updated, presenting to various stakeholders where relevant and keeping to date with each campaign promotions performance to help with forecasting future campaigns and key learnings.
  • Plan key on-site content and on-site / app conversion creative, including popup overlays, lead generation, and branded site content
  • Own content creation and campaigns with key brand partners in the digital space
  • Own consumer acquisition programs, including email and app consumer acquisition campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor and provide input to support marketing strategy against competitor Support non-campaign products through bought, owned and earned social media platforms and brand websites
  • Support event, activation and sponsorship with digital exposure
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign effectiveness with supporting data and references
  • Monitor competitors activities and provide suggestions to have a plan against competitors aggressive marketing action.
  • Develop digital content/material
  • Manage eCommerce marketing product feeds, hygiene, and implementation
  • Brief branded content for promotions and activations as needed and brief implementation to operations team for onsite content
  • Execute hype product launch plan, co-ordinate with cross teams and agencies
  • Maintain a good understanding of the media market / prices
  • Observe and upholds extremely high safety and quality standards.
  • Attend and/or conduct seminars, training and workshops as per the company requirement.
  • Cultivate smooth interpersonal relationship with colleagues, management and customers.
  • Monitoring of competitions campaigns
  • Work with category team, CS,sm, influencers, merchandising, CRM, UK/Sweden team in per plan per category

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English /Arabic writing, speaking and listening skills.
  • Excellent skills in Excel (Outstanding date manipulation skills, sorting, filtering, v-lookup, macros and other advanced excel functions)
  • Excellent MS Office (MS Word, , PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic and team player with a positive attitude.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • With 3-5 years of relevant industry or work experienced in Digital Marketing
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing affiliates / SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Meta, snap , Tiktok Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, chatbot).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
