 Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Admin & Government Officer is responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with government regulations. This role involves handling government-related documentation, liaising with government agencies, and supporting the organizations operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management and documentation.
    • Maintain records, files, and databases related to government compliance and company operations.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Government Liaison:

    • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies.
    • Handle government-related documentation, permits, and licenses.
    • Ensure timely submission of required reports and filings to government bodies.
  • Compliance:

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Keep the organization informed about any changes in government policies and regulations.
    • Assist in internal audits and ensure that all processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Management:

    • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure that services are delivered in line with agreements.
  • Support for Legal Matters:

    • Assist in preparing legal documents and ensure they meet regulatory standards.
    • Support the legal team in handling government-related legal matters.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and maintain reports on government-related activities and compliance.
    • Document all interactions with government agencies and ensure records are up-to-date.

Education Preference: High school diploma or equivalent education
