Vessel co-ordinator- Shipping. (Operations)

Minimum 2 years local experience in Liner operations Fluent in English with spoken Arabic an advantage Knowledge in Vessel's Activities, Documentation

Knowledge in Vessel reports. (TAR, TDR, Discharge list, Load list etc)

Preparations Statements of Facts of Vessel

Interaction with MLOs/Agents/customers, Vessel's

Monitor vessel schedule of allocated vessels Provide information

MLOs/Agents

Manage daily emails/phone calls from principals/vessels/ customers . Being Proactive at work and reporting issues to Head of section on time Error free documentation

Coordination with the principle to make sure highest level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate having valid Kuwait driving license is preferred
