Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and penetrate new markets. Collaborate with the sales team and management to create innovative approaches to drive business growth.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales service.
  4. Product Promotion and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of our medical equipment. Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and customers. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
  6. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting key performance metrics, sales achievements, and areas for improvement. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  7. Training and Education: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements related to medical equipment. Provide training and education to customers and colleagues as needed to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
