Admin Assistant cum Secretary

 Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Acting As A First Point Of Contact: Dealing With Correspondence And Phone Calls
  • Managing Diaries And Organizing Meetings And Appointments
  • Booking And Arranging Travel, Transport And Accommodation
  • Reminding The CFO Of Important Tasks And Deadlines
  • Typing, Compiling And Preparing Reports, Presentations And Correspondence
  • Managing Databases And Filing Systems
  • Implementing And Maintaining Procedures/Administrative Systems
  • Liaising With Staff, Suppliers And Clients
  • Collating And Filing Expenses
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree is important
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Able to prioritize and possess effective time management.
  • Ability to handle extremely detailed and highly confidential information.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Visa should be transferable.
