Trade Marketing Specialist

 Job Description:

    POSM management:

    • Determine POSM strategy
    • Write POSM development briefing based on input from Marketing and Category Management
    • POSM buying:
    • manage suppliers in line with GRC requirements
    • determine quantities (based on input local TM / DTR)
    • get quotations based on briefing
    • test concepts / mock-ups
    • coordinate shipments
      • Collect input from local TM in order to prepare monthly reporting
      • coordinate physical counting in JV/DTR warehouses
      • document proof collection
        • Coordinate fridges deployment: supplier contracts, tracking file, audit rounds, etc.

      Master data management:

      • keep product Master Data up-to-date (Pack-shots, TU dimensions, RSP, Shelf life, etc.)
      • coordinate Listing information for new products /in-outs and provide to local Sales teams

      My PS coordination:

      • scout available tools in GCC market, manage supplier contacts, coordinate implementation roll-out
