Trade Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE:

- Determine POSM strategy
- Write POSM development briefing based on input from Marketing and Category Management
- POSM buying:
- manage suppliers in line with GRC requirements
- determine quantities (based on input local TM / DTR)
- get quotations based on briefing
- test concepts / mock-ups
- coordinate shipments
- Collect input from local TM in order to prepare monthly reporting
- coordinate physical counting in JV/DTR warehouses
- document proof collection
- Coordinate fridges deployment: supplier contracts, tracking file, audit rounds, etc.
POSM management:
Master data management:
- keep product Master Data up-to-date (Pack-shots, TU dimensions, RSP, Shelf life, etc.)
- coordinate Listing information for new products /in-outs and provide to local Sales teams
My PS coordination:
- scout available tools in GCC market, manage supplier contacts, coordinate implementation roll-out
