  • Managing a full cycle of the recruitment process:
  • Recording and analyzing requirements.
  • Accordingly sourcing potential resumes from various job portals & networks.
  • Posting requirements on web portals, networking sites, and social networks.
  • Running competency-based interviews, behavior-based interviews, and skill-based interviews.
  • Screening, Shortlisting & interviewing profiles.
  • Creating submittal profiles with consultants expert evaluation.
  • Coordinating & scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, documentation, and job offers between candidates & clients.
  • Conducting a reference check for shortlisted candidates.
  • Researching and staying up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and industry updates.
  • Advising management about industry trends regarding salary packages, title, benefits, and sometimes even job descriptions.
  • Meetings & regular interactions regarding requirements, feedback, and follow-up with other departments.
  • Handling the recruitment process on ATS
  • Reporting and updating requirements to management.
  • Checking required documentation and making contractual amendments as advised.
  • Document translations and administrative duties.

Any other tasks as directed by management.
